Excellent post! Although I have seen it done before different, I love the strategy of making use of the LinkedIn Groups Discussions follow-up emails to ensure that everyone does this, although I agree that an extra step of verification is necessary…

A tip for facebook users of any size group. You can go to http://www.facebook.com/username and shorten your URL to your business name or something of your liking.

Thanks for the input, Elaine. Yes broken links are an issue. It seems that on Michelle’s discussion people were catching the broken links. The beauty of this was that everybody is helping each other out and it’s a great way to meet new friends and business partners.
