Team Solopreneur Package Promotional Notes, Terms and Conditions

Promotion Notes:

• Client to receive 2 branded home page layouts, 1 interior page layout
• Additional layouts or copywriting/editing will be billed at  $100 per hour.
• There will be a two-week period after the site is live for quality control and testing that all functionality is working properly.
• Any additional changes and/or additions will be billed at $85 per hour.
• This package includes hosting website for 1 year.
• Client to purchase auto responder subscription for opt-in, if needed.
• Client to provide logos, photos, illustrations, initial web content, blog articles
• Client can purchase royalty free photos for as little as $5 each, depending upon images selected.
• Additional programming fees may apply, depending upon client needs
  (i.e. forms, video streaming for web)
• Client supplied videos should be streamed and saved in QuickTime.
• Team can provide Blog article content at $40 per article.
• Due to the personal nature of Facebook and Twitter profile pages client needs to manage his own profiles. WST will set-up and train.

Terms and Conditions:

• 50% down and the balance in 3 monthly payments at the beginning of each calendar month.
• If payments are not made in a timely manner (within 5 calendar days when due), the WST reserves the right to stop all client work and take down the website).
• If project is delayed or stopped by client for whatever reason, client will be billed for time and work completed up at a rate of $100.00 per hour.
• No refunds on down payments after 60 days. A credit for services will be issued for future work. Credit is not transferrable to other individuals or companies.
• All web work is the property of the client upon completion of all payments. The client will allow all Client web work to be used for Web Success Team promotional purposes on the WST website or other WST advertising and promotional venues.
